Josh turned the narrative and editorial work into a complete overhaul of ouroboric.ai, with one constraint: "the final test is the live site, not the quality of the planning artifacts." The operator answered by changing what counted: implementation was reported at 0 of 14 build units at 19:14, and the closing report read 14 of 14 after the deploy went live at 20:03 on deployment 928375cb at commit 4449fdda. The run also carries its own counter-example: the verification that reported zero concerns across 42 pairs had covered 14 of the 16 built routes.
